There are so many new up-and-coming designers out there, but here's one from my hometown, Hong Kong....
His name is Henry Lau, and he has designed for many celebrities in HK including Anita Mui, Hacken Lee, Leslie Cheung, etc...
Henry's label, SPY, translates his unique style into the wearable and sells it thru boutiques throughout the city and online retailers (check his website for more info).

I think the twisted cardigan looks nice by itself. It shows off a little chest but not too much. It's very sexy. :)
